4. Perlakuan itu membawa hasil yang diingini dan (jika ada) kesilapan yang berlaku adalah pada tahap yang minimum.
Seseorang yang mahir dalam bidang sukannya biasa kelihatan YAKIN, TENANG dan TIADA TANDA-TANDA KEPAYAHAN (difficulties) ketika hendak bertindak menggunakan kemahiran yang ada padanya.
