Main dan Bersenam untuk Tingkatkan Kecergasan...
Hari ini main badminton dengan 4 set berturut-turut..Semuanya menang..! Tapi yang lebih penting dapat meningkatkan kecergasan fizikal.. Kalah atau menang itu lain kira tapi kalau menang itu sudah menjadi satu bonus...harap-harap dapat bermain atau berjoging sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali seminggu dalam tempoh 30 hingga 60 minit satu sesi..
